Chloe Lane - Head Coach

Chloe has been a full-time triathlon coach since 2016, when she founded Fast Lane Coaching. She works with a wide range of athletes, from beginners through to high-performing competitors, across all distances of triathlon, running and trail running, cycling, ultra-endurance events and adventure racing.
She is passionate about helping athletes become the best version of themselves through purposeful, sustainable training designed to develop stronger, smarter, more confident athletes.
Chloe believes in achievable, sustainable training with no one-size-fits-all programming. She works closely with each athlete to build a strong coach-athlete relationship, allowing training to be adapted to the individual, their lifestyle, and to support them in achieving their full potential.
Chloe has been racing triathlon for over 16 years, including 7 years as a professional athlete, bringing firsthand experience of what it takes to train and race successfully across a wide range of levels and distances.

Julie has been competing in triathlon for the past 15 years – from Sprint to Ironman distance. She has represented Australia as an age-grouper on two occasions – Gold Coast and Auckland. Julie is also a qualified teacher, fitness instructor and small business owner.

Triathlon has taken him to places he never imagined and he seeks to help athletes experience that same sense of discovery, adventure and achievement in seeing what’s possible. Ultimately it's the sense of community and support that athletes share that motivates Cameron for the next adventure.
