I love training with Fast Lane Coaching. Under the guidance of Chloe I have improved leaps and bounds in all three disciplines, recently knocking 62mins off my Ironman PB, which I didn’t think was possible. The area of greatest improvement has been my swimming, I used to dread swim training and have struggled for years to improve my swim times and my technique. But under the expert eye of Chloe, my swimming has improved massively and I now look forward to time in the water, I finally get it. Chloe really takes the time to understand you as an athlete and knows how to help you achieve your goals. She knows I need the tough love and that I like to understand the processes that I need to go through to improve. Chloe has an amazing ability to know what each individual needs and tailors your program and support accordingly. Chloe is also a huge inspiration as she is also able to walk the walk and her racing shows. This club is full of wonderful people, which makes training and racing lots of fun, there are many laughs along the way. I love being a part of it and I am so excited to see what else we can achieve together.

Chloe Lane has been coaching me for nearly three years during this time I have learnt a lot about myself and learning to push my boundaries. Chloe is a straight shooter and I find this a great way to take direction, I know where I’m heading and how I’m going to get there. Even though I have my own individual goals and tailored program , it’s great having other Fast Lane Coaching athletes to push and motivate each other. Chloe has given me a sense of belief in myself. I didn’t think I could achieve as much as I have until I joined Fast Lane Coaching, I’m more motivated and driven now, and have my own goals. I have improved my PB and where I need to improve my form Chloe is consistently there for guidance. I have ticked of a few half Ironmans and triathlons. My biggest goal is to complete the New Zealand Taupo Ironman in 2018. I know that with Fast Lane Coaching and support I will get there.

I started working with Chloe at Fast Lane Coaching in March 2016, my goal was to finish my first Ironman. I didn’t know anyone that had been coached by Chloe so I was nervous to start with. I turned up to my first coached swim session and met Chloe and the squad. After that set I knew I made the right decision and I was in the right hands and that she would deliver me a program that would not only see me complete my dream but also help me with so many other aspects of triathlons / life. Training for endurance events is a process and there is plenty to know and learn – I’m always learning something. Chloe takes the guess work out of the training process for me and allowed me to just focus on each day/each session. Whether I have a query about training, technique, nutrition etc, she has always had an answer for me. I couldn’t recommend Chloe and Fast Lane Coaching enough. Amazing crazy lifetime friendships with everyone in her coaching squad.

I contacted Julie Stevens in January 2019 with the goal of competing in my first Half Ironman in 2020. Under Julie’s coaching I started working towards my first half marathon, which I finished in September 2019. During this time I found Julie to be extremely professional and supportive. She took the time to motivate me and offered guidance and encouragement. Julie was always flexible with training programmes when unexpected things happened and would take the time to modify programmes, sometimes at the last minute. Her openness meant it was easy to communicate and express any areas of concerns and she would offer advice based on her own extensive experience. Julie offers a worth of knowledge and expertise in the area of triathlon and Ironman racing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for high quality training and coaching.

I can not recommend Chloe and Fast Lane Coaching high enough for whatever race/event you are training for and at all levels. Chloe is professional and meticulous with all aspects of your program – being tailored and individual to you and allowing flexibility and adapting to life as necessary. Her group sessions are outstanding… motivating, challenging, inclusive, supportive and fun! Her expertise as an athlete and as a coach ensures her athletes are training with the latest practices and training techniques, and with the added bonus of group sessions for face to face coaching to develop techniques and strategies to enhance your performance. Fast Lane Coaching cultivates a strong team environment, positive and supportive – a great group to achieve your individual goals. Love being a part of the Fast Lane group.

I joined Fast Lane Coaching as a complete beginner. I had not engaged with any form of proper exercise for nearly 7 years, I didn’t know how to swim, and never jumped on a road bike before. However, after engaging with Jenny Evans as my coach I was soon taken from zero to completing my first triathlon in under 6 months!
Jenny has the incredible ability to guide you on a journey that goes beyond the technical stuff to get you to race day. She creates an open environment where you can feel completely at ease to talk through any physical and mental hurdles you are facing and gives you the confidence to break through barriers that you never thought were possible. As a coach, she understands life’s busy schedules and is responsive and flexible to adjust your program to accommodate at a moment’s notice without it compromising the training that is needed to you race ready. Joining the Fast Lane team is one of the best things I have ever done and just love being part of such inspiring community!

I contacted Fast Lane after a traumatic experience ocean swimming in my first triathlon. With Jenny’s coaching and support I not only conquered my fear of the ocean, but smashed my previous triathlon PB by 12 minutes. She is a wealth of knowledge and her patience promotes a positive environment for improvement. I’ve gained not only ocean swimming skills but a family of fellow triathletes.
